Tim Gallaudet

Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy (Ret.) | Former Acting NOAA Administrator | Oceanographer

About

Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet is a retired U.S. Navy oceanographer who reached the highest levels of American science and military leadership before becoming one of the most credible public voices on UAP disclosure. He served as Acting Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere under two administrations. What changed his trajectory was the accumulation of UAP data he encountered in his Navy career — encounters the public was not told about — and his growing conviction that the oceans are as important to the UAP investigation as the skies. He has testified to Congress, spoken at disclosure hearings, and is a founding board member of UAPx, a scientific organization conducting field research on the phenomenon. Gallaudet brings something rare to CITD: genuine senior government and military credibility, combined with a willingness to say what he saw.

[PANEL]

Disclosure: The Edge of Tomorrow

The fight for public knowledge of UFOs has been a long, relentless, and uphill battle. UAP whistleblowers and front-line advocates have risked everything to expose the reality behind UFOs. These brave individuals have endured the risk of their reputation, pushback, personal threats, and professional ruin to bring hidden encounters into the light, and to protect those willing to share their testimony. From cockpit sightings to Navy encounters, they reveal what it really takes to fight for disclosure—and what happens when secrets are challenged. This panel uncovers the untold stories of courage, danger, and the relentless pursuit of answers in a world where the skies hold mysteries that powerful forces would rather keep hidden.
