Information Scientist | Venture Investor | Pioneering UAP Researcher
About
Dr. Jacques Vallée is one of the most consequential figures in the history of UAP research — a computer scientist, venture capitalist, and the man who helped shape how the scientific community thinks about the phenomenon. As a young astronomer in France, he tracked the first Soviet satellite and catalogued thousands of Mars surface features at the Paris Observatory. He later moved to the United States, where he collaborated with J. Allen Hynek on the iconic Blue Book cases and developed the Vallee Classification System, which remains a standard tool for categorizing UAP encounters. His landmark books — including Passport to Magonia, Dimensions, and Confrontations — challenged the extraterrestrial hypothesis and opened the door to far stranger possibilities: interdimensional craft, non-human intelligences interacting with human consciousness across centuries, and a phenomenon that appears to shape human belief systems as much as it defies them. In his parallel career, Vallée became a pioneer of the internet as a co-developer of ARPANET. He continues to publish cutting-edge research through the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies.
